Pain entries are kept in the current page

The map holds your selected areas, ratings and notes in browser memory. It does not save them in a patient database or browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page can erase them. Use Clear all to remove the current entries.

A downloaded PDF is a separate file. It stays wherever you save it, including any synced folder or backup. Delete those copies separately if you no longer want them.

Translation sends free-text notes off your device

When a non-English report is displayed or exported, notes and descriptions of spreading pain may automatically be sent through our server to DeepL for English translation. Do not include names, addresses, health card numbers or other identifying details in those fields.

The report is assembled from the fields you enter. This application does not use pain entries to train a model or ask a language model to write a diagnosis. DeepL processes translation text under its API terms. See DeepL’s privacy information.

Advertising and analytics are optional

Google Analytics and Google AdSense load only if you choose Allow optional cookies. They may process visit information and device identifiers. Rejecting them does not stop you using the map or downloading a report.

Your choice is stored in this browser for six months. You can change it with Cookie settings below. Rejecting after previously allowing cookies reloads the page to stop those scripts, so download any report you want to keep first.

Website requests

The hosting provider receives request information needed to serve the site, such as IP addresses and browser details. Hosting logs and third-party records follow the providers’ policies. The site has no patient account or saved medical history to retrieve.
